• The deposit is non refundable, but it does go towards the overall cost of your wedding day services.

I do not offer trial appointments prior to booking your wedding date. I schedule consultation appointments for my brides after booking. This appointment is where we go over your wedding hair dreams together to create the perfect hairstyle for your day!

What makes WRHA different than your regular stylist?

Booking YOUR wedding day hair experience with WRHA differs to a regular stylist because, Hannah specializes in doing bridal hair full time. She puts in all the extra effort education keeping up with hair and makeup trends and has the visual expertise in making your Pinterest dreams happen with YOUR HAIR! She not only is amazing at making your dream hair happen but she also is experienced in doing multicultural hair types. She knows how to work with curly hair. And she offers rental extensions for brides.

(I offer these ON SITE hairstyling services to LOCAL clients in the North West Indiana area. If you are looking to book a “non bridal” appointment with me please send me a regular email no need to fill out the contact form, just let me know the event or special occasion you are attending and let me know the date & time you need to be ready by.) After receiving your date request I will send over a quote of the styling cost for your hairstyling needs.

What’s does my deposit go towards?

• The deposit is non refundable, but it does go towards the Brides Wedding Day hair.

• Your deposit secures your wedding date on my calendar as well as signing the personalized contract. Once both are done you are fully booked.

Are Consultation Appointments required?

• YES! My consultation appointments are required when booking.

• What is the price of a consultation $200

• What’s is the timeframe of the appointment, & what does it include? - Its a 2 hour appointment where we are able to meet each other, I am able to hear about your hair dream and talk through all the details of YOUR WEDDING. I truly believe that this appointment makes a huge difference in our connection and the outcome at your wedding. The appointment also includes up to 3 styles. More than 3 styles I will have to charge $100 per extra hairstyle.

• Why is it not called a trial? - Trial appointment are typically done before booking and for price and skill shopping brides. I do not like taking trial appointments prior to booking.

• Can I still book a trial before booking? Yes however I charge $300 for a trial. Because there is no guarantee of you booking therefore the price difference.

Do you require a service minimum?

• Yes I require a minimum of 5 people for booking a bridal party.

• What if I cannot meet the service minimum? - When a Bride books me she is booking the entire date, I do not book multiple weddings on the same date. Therefore I require a service minimum when booking or paying the service minimum if you cannot fill the minimum. (See elopement brides question for more info.)

• What is your max number of a Bridal party? - I take up to 10 people. Over 10 requires you hiring a second stylist. I can send recommendations of stylist I would recommend.

• Do you have an assistant? - Yes, if a bridal party is 7-10 people I bring an assistant with me to prep curl hair.

• Is the assistant an extra cost? - Yes, it is a $150 add on.

• Before booking I do prefer scheduling a phone call to go over detail of what your wedding needs are.

• Any questions or timelines or scheduling sending them via email is best so it’s all in one place for us to both look back on.

• Week of wedding I will send a text and email to confirm we have the same details.

Do you book Elopement Brides?

• Yes I do! However my elopement package prices do change depending on the day of the elopement & the travel required. If you are a weekday Bride my prices are normal Bride service prices. But if it’s a Friday or Saturday date in May - October I require you to pay the amount of the 5 persons services minimum plus the travel.

• What is the price of a 5 person minimum for May - October Friday & Saturday Brides? $900

• What does this cost INCLUDE since I am just one person? - Consultation appointment, option of two add on services & my bridal hair prep kit.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Cash & Venmo only.

• Do you prefer everyone paying together or separately? - no preference open to either.

• When is payment due? - Deposit due when booking. The remaining payment is due on the wedding day.

• Do your prices change? - Yes, every year I assess my business and adjust accordingly. But your price on your contract will not change that price point is locked in.

How much time does styling take?

• 40 minuets per person for wedding day styling time.

• Consultation appointments can take up to 2 hours due to my consultation process & doing multiple styles in the styling session.

• How much time does a non bridal appointment take? 50 minuets.

Do you blow dry hair on the wedding day?

• For bridal parties NO, due to timeline and styling within 40 minuets I cannot provide a blowout, only formal hairstyle. Wet hair adds 20 minuets to the timeline and can really mess up a timeline of a wedding. Therefore I always ask Bridal parties to have 100 percent DRY HAIR. To ensure the timeline runs smoothly.

• Do you charge extra if you have to fully blow dry hair on a wedding day? - Yes because of the added time I charge $20 if I end up having to blow dry hair.

• What if the hair is slightly damp? - If I have to lightly blow dry to before prep curling the hair that is fine & shouldn’t mess up the timeline. (This really is just me protecting your wedding day timeline.)

How far do you travel? Do you take destination weddings?

• Yes I take destination weddings, the travel expenses are the primary difference when booking a destination wedding. Airplane tickets, lodging, transportation will need provided.

Do you book the whole wedding weekend so basically a “on site hairstylist” for any touchups or styling changes throughout the day do you have a PACKAGE DEAL for that?

• YES, I do offer a luxury on site styling package to reserve my services for your wedding weekend events to ensure you have amazing hair ALL WEEKEND.

• This package is a full experience for my luxury brides. Therefore the time taken and amount of product and long hours reflects the price point.
